State-of-the-art laboratory equipment

Comprehensively equipped laboratories enable Polymer-Group to perform a large variety of analysis and tests – used for control of incoming raw materials as well as for quality inspections accompanying compound production. Laboratory tasks cover testing of mechanical, thermal and rheological properties as well as processing properties.

System-supported processes

Quality processes – as well as all other relevant core processes in production and logistics – are supported by “Poly.ERP”. This uniquely developed ERP system is specific to the needs of a compounding company. It features barcode based scanning of raw materials and compounds, thus allowing for exact material tracking.

Our certifications – according to ISO 9001 and according to IATF 16949 – demonstrate that we put a key value on exacting quality standards.
